Erin O’Malley is a keynote speaker and facilitator who works
with leadership teams and organizations to help unlock the power of
human connection— the key to solving leadership, engagement, and
customer loyalty problems.
Erin’s winding career path included ten years in hospitality
management, two years living in Panama as a Peace Corps Volunteer,
and eight years consulting and facilitating leadership development
with companies from Delta Airlines to BMW. Across all of the
industries she has worked with, Erin has learned the more
organizations, leaders, and frontline teams insist their problems
are unique, the more evidence she discovers that the traits that
connect us are universal.
Erin is a big believer that everyone has as story…and it’s her
mission to get to the truth of those stories so we can connect
better, strengthen relationships, build trust, and experience
general enjoyment at work…and in real life. Her work focuses on
giving people the tools and inspiration they need to imagine what’s
possible and discover their impact.
